Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple! Click "Login / Sign Up" button, enter your phone number, and we'll send you a verification code via SMS. Once verified, you can choose your subscription plan and start accessing our library.
What devices can I use?
E-Library UG works on any device with internet access - smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. We support Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac devices.
Do I need to download an app?
No app download required! E-Library UG is a web-based platform that works directly in your browser. Just visit our website and log in to access all resources.
Subscriptions & Pricing
What subscription plans are available?
We offer flexible plans: Daily (1,000 UGX), Weekly (5,000 UGX), Monthly (18,000 UGX), and Termly (35,000 UGX). Choose the plan that best fits your learning needs!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and credit/debit card payments for your convenience.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Content & Features
What subjects and classes are covered?
We cover all subjects for Secondary School students from S1 to S6, including Mathematics, Sciences, Languages, Arts, and Commercial subjects aligned with Uganda's curriculum.
Can I read books without an internet connection?
Not yet — books stream on demand rather than downloading in full, so you'll need a connection while reading. We've optimised streaming for low data usage, and offline downloads are on our roadmap.
Are there past papers available?
Yes! We have an extensive collection of UNEB past papers with marking guides for all classes and subjects to help you prepare for exams.

What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, and we'll send a password reset link to your registered phone number or email.

Is my internet data usage high?
Our platform is optimized for low data usage — books load page by page instead of downloading the whole file, so reading uses minimal data even on a slow connection.
